The VBII is a survey based on the essential elements to building and operating a company based on integrity: Culture, Code, Controls, Communication, Conduct, Compliance and Certification (7Cs). It includes seven chapters, each comprising a series of specific questions.

Once all the questions have been answered, you will see a final report which will give you your score for each of the seven indicators of Culture, Code, Controls, Communication, Conduct, Compliance and Certification as well as an overall score.
The assessment of your overall performance will reflect the level of the company’s integrity programme and provide guidance on strengths and weaknesses of the system. It will allow resources to be focused on areas that matter.
Your company self-assessed efforts on business integrity are measured according to a three-tier scale i) Lowest tier (0-30%); middle tier (31-70%); and top tier (71-100 %).
